Our production process starts with sample confirmation and is managed through standardized steps to ensure that the bulk products are consistent with the confirmed sample standards. A complete order usually goes through the following main stages:
1. Prenatal preparation
After the order is confirmed, arrange for the purchase of fabrics and accessories required for bulk goods. After the fabric arrives, it will undergo pre-shrinkage treatment and the shrinkage rate will be measured. The relevant data will be provided to the pattern maker for subsequent pattern adjustment and layout.
2. Cutting and pre-production confirmation
The pattern maker completes the final pattern and layout based on the data. Before the formal cutting, a pre-production sample garment will be made for confirmation first. After approval, proceed with the layout and cutting of the bulk goods. After the cut pieces are delivered to the workshop, the production supervisor will first make a finished sample garment for inspection. Only after confirming that there are no errors will the production line be rolled out.
3. Mass production and post-processing
The production line began to sew in batches. After all the ready-made clothes are sewn, they will undergo post-treatment processes such as thread trimming and ironing.
4. Final quality inspection and shipment
The finished garments are inspected piece by piece by the quality inspection department. After confirmation of qualification, packaging will be carried out as per the customer's requirements and shipment will be arranged.
We organize production through the above-mentioned phased process with confirmation nodes set up to ensure that the quality meets expectations.
