Customization Service

We specialize in providing high-quality custom garment services, offering a wide range of products including women's dresses, tops, shirts & blouses, skirts, pants & trousers, shorts, blazers, jackets, and jeans. We offer full customization services to bring your designs to reality. You can provide us with original samples (with corrections), tech packs including design sketches, or even just reference images.

Our sample production process

Confirm Design

We help source suitable fabrics based on your design. Swatches can be shipped to you for approval, or we can provide photos/videos for online confirmation.

Confirm Fabric

Once the fabric is approved, our design assistant purchases the confirmed materials and accessories. Simultaneously, our pattern master creates the initial paper pattern according to your tech pack or sample.

Make Pattern

The completed paper pattern is shared with you for a thorough size check. Our pattern master will make any necessary adjustments until the specifications meet your requirements perfectly.

Cut Pattern

After final approval of the pattern and sizes, we proceed to cut the fabric and assemble the sample. This sewing process typically takes 1-2 days.

Sew Sample

The sewn sample is first inspected by our sample master, who checks the overall fit, silhouette, and measurements to ensure accuracy.

Initial Quality Control

The sample is then passed to our technical team for a detailed examination of stitching quality, ironing/pressing, and preliminary cost calculation.

Final Inspection

Finally, the sample is returned to the design team for a photoshoot and a final review against all your original design requirements.

Ship Sample

Upon your confirmation, we promptly ship the sample to you.

Over 10 years manufacturing experience, we start manufacturing women clothing since 2015, well-known for women clothing making;

Store customer service experience, most of our customers are brand customers, they as an agent to supply designs and production to chain stores, or they have their own brand stores. We know what stores want and can supply the right clothes with good quality.

Making productions

We provide comprehensive OEM & ODM bulk production services. You can choose to manufacture based on your own designs or select from our existing design collection.

Order Confirmation

Upon order confirmation, we proceed to source all necessary fabrics and accessories. If requested, we will ship fabric swatches to you for approval before bulk purchasing.

Material Sourcing

Once materials arrive at our factory, we perform pre-shrinking treatments on all fabrics to minimize future shrinkage and ensure garment stability after washing.

Cutting Fabirc

Approved fabrics are then precision-cut according to the specifications of your order.

Sewing

The cut pieces are sent to the sewing workshop. Before mass production begins, a pre-production sample (PP sample) is made to verify all details, including workmanship and fit. This sample must be approved before proceeding further.

Ironing

After the PP sample is confirmed, we commence the bulk manufacturing process in accordance with the approved standards.

Inspecting

When production is nearly complete, a random pre-shipment sample (PS sample) is taken from the batch and shipped to you for final quality inspection and confirmation.

Packing

When mass productions are finished, we will pack the productions into cartons as customer’s requirements. After packing is finished, the carton boxes are waiting to ship.

Shipping

Upon your approval of the PS sample, we arrange shipment via your preferred method—express air freight, or sea freight—ensuring a smooth and efficient logistics process.
