Are your sample garments free of charge?

Sample garments typically involve pattern-making, labor, and material costs. Therefore, we have different fee policies based on the stage of our collaboration.

1. Fee Structure

①New Clients or First-Time Collaborations: To cover basic development costs, we generally charge for sample garments.

②Long-Term Clients: For established, stable partnerships, we typically only charge for the fabric and trims used in the sample, waiving pattern-making and production fees.

2. Fee Waivers and Refunds

①As our partnership deepens and order volumes increase, we are pleased to offer enhanced support. For instance, we may provide complimentary sample garments for collaborations with anticipated high-volume, ongoing orders to jointly advance projects.

②Furthermore, to demonstrate our commitment to collaboration, initial sample garment fees are typically credited toward future bulk orders or refunded upon your subsequent confirmation and placement of corresponding production orders.
