The sample production cycle typically takes around 7 business days (starting from the confirmation of details). The exact timeframe is primarily influenced by the following factors:

1. Key Factors Affecting Production Time

①Material Preparation: This is the largest variable. If the required fabrics and trims are in stock, the process accelerates; if special orders are needed from suppliers, it takes longer.

②Complexity of Craftsmanship: Styles featuring special cuts, intricate techniques, or hand-applied embellishments require longer production times than basic designs.

③Communication and Confirmation Efficiency: Before pattern-making, we need final confirmation with you regarding design sketches, measurements, and craftsmanship details. Clear and efficient communication significantly advances the process.

2. Regarding Expedited Services

For clients with urgent needs (especially within China), we can initiate an expedited process—wherever possible—to reduce lead times to 3-5 business days, provided all fabrics are available and design details are fully confirmed. Eligibility and specific timelines require assessment based on individual order circumstances.

After sample garment completion, we will arrange shipment for your review. For significant development projects, we also welcome you to schedule an in-person sample review to discuss modifications directly.
