Our control over product quality runs through the entire production process and is mainly divided into the following three orderly connected stages:
Phase One: Pre-production control
This stage aims to confirm the correctness of all production inputs and lay the foundation for mass production.
1. Material inspection: Inspect the fabric and accessories, check for defects and verify the quality. Materials that do not meet the standards will be returned for replacement.
2. Pre-production confirmation: Before batch cutting, produce trial production sample garments to verify the layout and pattern. After the cut pieces enter the workshop, pre-production sample garments are made for final confirmation to rule out potential problems.
Phase Two: Production Process Control
At this stage, the focus is on monitoring consistency in production and identifying and correcting deviations as early as possible.
1.First article inspection: At the beginning of each process to produce a new model, a comprehensive inspection of the first few finished products is conducted to identify process or flow issues at an early stage.
2. Online inspection: The production supervisor regularly inspects the production line, randomly checks semi-finished or finished products, and provides on-site guidance for handling to prevent the recurrence of problems.
Phase Three: Final product inspection
This stage is the final quality inspection before the product leaves the factory.
1. Full inspection: Before packaging, each finished product undergoes a 100% full inspection of appearance, size, process, auxiliary materials and ironing quality.
2. Spot-check and recheck: For large orders, additional spot-checks are conducted after the full inspection in accordance with the sampling standards as a double verification to ensure the overall quality of the delivered products.
Through this set of process-oriented management, we systematically control quality risks. The combination of strict pre-confirmation, timely process monitoring and final inspection is the core approach to ensuring that products meet customer requirements.
