At the verification site, the staff strictly compared the color cards, process sheets and sample standards confirmed by the customers, and conducted multi-dimensional and comprehensive detailed verification of the sample garments. Team members compared the fabric components, colors, weights, widths of the sample garments piece by piece, strictly controlled the color difference within the customer's requirements, and carefully inspected the sewing process, neatness of the stitching, edge details, accessory matching, etc. They also simultaneously verified the pattern size and structural design to ensure that the finished garment pattern fully meets the customer's design requirements and avoid pattern deviations in large-scale production. They checked the consistency of the fabric texture, texture and the sample, and ensured that the large-scale fabric matches the customer's confirmed sample completely.
